This locking band features inward flanges that fit securely into grooves at pipe joints, reinforcing chimney joints suspended below support assemblies and preventing accidental uncoupling. It is also essential for reinforcing chimney joints extending above the roof and should be used at every joint for added safety and durability. Made from high-quality stainless steel, the locking bands come pre-assembled with a captured nut and screw for easy installation.
