This handled version keeps all the features of the larger roughing tool but is scaled down, making it perfect for pen making and other small projects. The Mini Rougher features a naturally colored hard maple handle measuring about 12 inches long, paired with a 3/8-inch wide by 4-inch long stainless steel blade. The overall length of the tool is approximately 16 inches, providing excellent control and precision.
